vtONE Leadership Team
The vtONE leadership team is responsible for the operation of the organization including events, organization logistics, and networking with other organizations. Click on a position for more information.
Oversee all of the operations, processes, and teams that make up the vtONE organization, work with the Logistics/Administration Coordinator (President) to provide accountability and resources to all coordinators, and serve as one of the primary contacts for campus ministry leaders. Serve as a Vision Team member.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgets, financial reports, managing accounting software, maintaining the bank account (deposits, withdrawals, etc), managing receipts, and maintaining the check book. Work with Vision Team to determine budget plan. Work with Vision Team to make sure all receipts are submitted and all relevant financial activities are reported in a timely and thorough manner to the appropriate New Life Christian Fellowship contact.
Compile, maintain, and update information about the organization and its activities from its inception to the present.
Oversee all aspects of the worship events; create and manage event timeline(s), work with the vision team and each coordinator to ensure goals are being met; help find volunteers, such as the MC (Welcome, announcements, thank you, etc), the speaker(s), prayer DJs, event intercessor team, gophers, people to order/pickup food, offering bowl holders, event sales personnel, and volunteers for setup/teardown; and make sure “point & click” person has announcements entered into the appropriate software. May choose a separate person to be the “Day of” Stage Manager for the worship events.
Oversee most of the logistic and administrative details including coordinating with the UUSA Event Planning Office and Promotions/Marketing Coordinator to schedule events and promo activities (A-Frames, Banners, and Display Cases). Work with the Promotions/Marketing Coordinator to create a Facebook Event page for each worship event. Work with the Promotions/Marketing Coordinator to make sure signs for the merchandise tables are made and displayed for worship events; assist the Promotions/Marketing Coordinator and the Production Coordinator with getting promo videos distributed to the sponsor/affiliated organizations, work with Dining Services to reserve Table Cards. Work with Production Coordinator to schedule meetings with UUSA Production Services if they are required for an event. Work with the Advisor to provide accountability and resources to all coordinators. Serve as a Vision Team Member.
Develop and Foster partnerships/relationships with sponsor/associated ministries’ staff/leaders and students.
Network with prayer leaders in the sponsor/affiliated organizations, meet with prayer leaders for worship events, organize intercessors for worship events, lead prayer times at weekly meetings, and connect with area, regional, national, and international prayer movements.
Oversee all aspects of production including, the coordination of lighting, sound, and media, as well as organizing a team for worship events (including Front of House Sound Engineer, Recording Engineer, and Lighting Coordinator), coordinating with production companies/organizations (Ex: Midway Music, UUSA Production Services, Stage Sound, etc.); working with the Music Coordinator to design stage layout; and working with the Music Coordinator and “Day of” Stage Manager to schedule sound checks for the worship event.
Oversee all aspects of promotions and marketing, including: finding people to help with designs and artwork for flyers, T-Shirts, and Worship CD covers; working with Logistics/Administration Coordinator (President) to determine schedule and locations for A-Frames, Banners, Display Cases, and Table Cards; finding people to help distribute flyers, put up A-Frames, get the Banner(s) updated and hung, decorate display cases, and distribute table cards; work with the Logistics/Administration Coordinator (President) to create a Facebook Event page for each worship event; working with Logistics/Administration Coordinator (President) to make sure signs for merchandise tables are made and displayed for worship events; and assist the Logistics/Administration Coordinator (President) and the Production Coordinator with getting a promo video made and distributed to the sponsor/affiliated organizations.
Work with the Vision Team to determine the musical direction for the worship events, work with the Production Coordinator to design the stage layout for the worship events, select worship team members, select songs for the events, coordinate practices for the worship team, work with production coordinator to make sure “point & click” person has the correct words to the songs and that they are input into the appropriate software program, work with the “Day of” Stage Manager to make sure transitions are smooth and the flow of the event is maintained, and work with the Production Coordinator and “Day of” Stage Manager to schedule sound checks for the worship event.

vtONE Vision Team
Primarily responsible for managing the overall operations of the vtONE organization as it pertains to the organizational structure, the financial structure, email correspondence, and spiritual direction. – This team will always include the Advisor and the President (Other Vision Team members are selected from the Leadership Team).
